There are many types of tank trailers used for transporting liquids, and the material of the tank determines the type of substance being transported. These stainless steel tank trailers are mainly used for transporting food-grade goods, such as water, milk, and cooking oil.

These tank trailers are the primary means of long-distance transportation, ensuring the safety of the transported liquids, providing some storage capacity, and facilitating loading and unloading.

The tank can be designed with several independent compartments to hold different liquids, each with its own loading and unloading ports, preventing mixing of different liquids. This design increases the practicality of each tank trailer.
The tanker trailer consists of two parts: the tank body and the trailer chassis. The chassis is made of high-strength steel and equipped with heavy-duty mechanical suspension to handle various road conditions. The tank body is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the thickness of the front and rear end caps must be greater than that of other parts of the tank. This is because the transported liquid has a fluid nature; when the trailer starts or brakes, the liquid flows back and forth, impacting the front and rear end caps. Therefore, these two parts are most susceptible to damage and need to be reinforced and thickened. In addition, there are many anti-surge baffles on the tank body, further increasing the safety of transportation.

Our factory uses advanced, large-scale specialized welding machines for automated welding. The tank body is welded longitudinally, ensuring the safety of the tank trailer and increasing its service life. The sealing performance of the tank truck is also guaranteed. We conduct high-pressure gas leakage tests, resulting in higher tank strength and a stable center of gravity, further enhancing transportation safety.

The trailer is painted with polyurethane coating, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also has a long service life. Other trailer accessories, such as tires, axles, suspension, side lights, and taillights, are all from well-known Chinese brands and come with a three-guarantee policy, so please feel free to purchase.

All configurations are only for a specific trailer model, so we encourage customers to communicate more with the sales manager. Only through more communication can the trailer be produced to better suit your needs.

Before leaving the factory, we will apply wax to the trailers to prevent rust. During loading, we use either bulk or roll-on/roll-off methods, and can cover the trailers with a tarpaulin to prevent seawater corrosion. If you choose container shipping, the trailer’s suspension, tires, and axles need to be completely removed and reinstalled and welded upon arrival at the destination.
