4 Axle Lowbed semi trailer

Lowbed semi-trailer have a wide range of applications, generally used for transporting construction machinery and large equipment, such as mining machinery, excavators, bulldozers, and cranes. The lower the chassis of this type of trailer, the lower the center of gravity, and the safer the transport. The trailer’s load capacity can be customized, ranging from 30 tons, 50 tons, 80 tons, 100 tons, and even up to 200 or 300 tons. Therefore, if you need to order this type of trailer, you need to have a comprehensive discussion with the sales manager to produce a trailer type suitable for your load capacity.

• This 4-axle lowtbed trailer has a normal load capacity of 100 tons. With its thickened chassis, suspension, and axles, the trailer will not deform or be damaged even when fully loaded.The entire trailer uses trapezoidal sections (5mm thick bent parts), and the floor is a 5mm thick patterned plate. The gooseneck of the trailer and other easily deformed and damaged parts have been thickened and reinforced.

• The 4 Axle 100 Ton lowbed trailer features a 4-in-1 double-spring ladder that is sturdy, durable, and will never deform. Furthermore, thanks to our engineers’ research and optimization of the spring travel and other details, this ladder can be lifted with one hand for loading and unloading.

• The 4 Axle 100 Ton lowbed trailer features heavy-duty mechanical suspension and comes standard with 315/80R22.5 tires. If you require a higher load-bearing surface, you can choose other tire models. Please refer to the configuration table for specific configuration information. Many trailer configurations are customizable; however, all configurations are specific to a single trailer model.

• Before leaving the factory, we will apply wax to the trailers to prevent rust. When loading, we will use bulk or roll-on/roll-off methods. To save costs for our customers, we will group three trailers together or two trailers together to minimize the volume and save on sea freight.
