Our History

  • Establishment and Initial Operations

    Shandong WAKE Vehicle Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001 in Rencheng District, Jining City, Shandong Province. The company initially focused on providing manufacturing services for other factories, specializing in semi-trailer production. This early phase laid the foundation for the company’s expertise in product design, research and development, and manufacturing processes.

  • Quality Certification and Expansion

    In 2005, Shandong WAKE achieved significant milestones by obtaining the “CCC” certification from the China Quality Certification Center and the ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification. These certifications marked the company’s commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all its operations. During this period, the company also began expanding its production capabilities, introducing advanced technology and equipment such as CNC cutting machines and automatic welding machines.

  • Diversification of Product Line

    By 2010, Shandong WAKE had diversified its product line to include over 100 types of semi-trailers, including flatbed semi-trailers, lowbed semi-trailers, fence semi-trailers, side curtain trailers, sidewall trailers, full trailers, dump trailers, fuel tankers, bulk cement tankers, and various modular trailers. This diversification allowed the company to cater to a broader range of customer needs and expand its market presence.

  • Independent Export Operations

    In 2015, Shandong WAKE transitioned from being primarily a contract manufacturer to operating under its own company name for international exports. This shift was a pivotal moment in the company’s history, as it began exporting its high-quality semi-trailers to more than 50 countries and regions, including Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa, and Latin America. The company’s products quickly gained favor among international customers due to their reliability and performance.

  • Advanced Manufacturing and Global Leadership

    As of 2023, Shandong WAKE has become a leading player in the global semi-trailer industry. The company now covers an area of 500,000 square meters, with total assets exceeding 500 million yuan. It continues to invest in cutting-edge technology, including the largest vehicle-passing shot blasting machine in Shandong, Swiss four-wheel ATD-GPS, and 400 sets of testing equipment.
